About WithdrawalsAll wins from free trial money prior to making a deposit are not withdrawable. In the event of a promotion on free trial money, wager rules may apply and/or a minimum and maximum withdrawable limit. If the promotion is not accompanied by promotional rules the default rule of no withdrawals prior to making a deposit applies.

Wager RequirementsA wager requirement is the minimum amount of wagering activity required before you can withdraw winnings.

Inactivity PolicyAll inactive accounts (accounts that have been dormant for 30 days or longer) that have a $1 or more in bonus bucks will have the bonus balance removed due to inactivity.

All inactive accounts (accounts that have been dormant for 30 days or longer) with any winnings or cash balance, will be charged a monthly $1 service fee per month. The service fee will be directly deducted from the account balance.

Multiple Accounts – Players are only permitted one account. If a player creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and blacklisted from future play and no refund will be given.

Disputes – Slots.ag wants to assure all of its players (and prospective players) that it has made every effort possible to provide you with the world’s most entertaining, reliable, and more importantly yet, honest Bingo game on the Internet. It is our sincere intent to ensure that all of our players are satisfied with the quality and fairness of our games. Every effort has been made by Slots.ag to promptly and impartially resolve all disputes that may arise from the use of our game

Our resolve is to consistently provide you with a fair and impartial dispute mechanism in the event that a dispute occurs. The success of our business is dependent on providing you with exceptional customer satisfaction policies. Obviously, happy customers will ensure that we win new customers and that our existing players will continue to come back to enjoy Slots.ag time and time again.

However, please be advised that in the event of any dispute regarding a participation or a Prize, the decision made by Slots.ag will be final and binding.

The relationship between the Parties as well as this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of Antigua.

 

RegistrationsSlots.ag may reject any registration application from any person with or without cause at its sole discretion. Two accounts per household are allowed and only one account is allowed per player. Slots.ag reserves the right to terminate a Member account in the event that such Member provides false or misleading Registration Information or otherwise violates any term of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that Slots.ag terminates a Member account, all bingo bucks, which were awarded to that Member account, will be forfeited without compensation.

Players from Romania, Russia and Hungary are not allowed to play at Slots.ag.

Eligibility – You must be 18 years of age or older to play at Slots.ag. Employees of Slots.ag, may not play Slots.ag

Employees of Slots.ag their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to receive bonus bucks through chat room games or other giveaways. Immediate family includes spouses, parents, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters, sisters-in-law, children, persons who live in the same household, grandparents, step-parents, step-brothers, half-brothers, step-sisters, half-sisters, step-children and grandchildren.

No substitution of bonus bucks is offered, no transfer of bonus bucks to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Transfers to these accounts are also prohibited. Complimentary bonuses based on deposits may be awarded but not withdrawn.

Termination of AccountSlots.ag reserves the right to terminate a Member account at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.

Alias Change – Players are limited to ONE alias change per month (every 30 days). Contact [email protected] have your alias changed.

Withdrawal Guidelines / Terms & Conditions

  1. Payouts are reviewed and/or processed on Mondays.
  2. Players must enter their payout request before Sunday, 11:59pm EST in order to have it reviewed / processed for Monday.
  3. Please note, Slots.ag will only process 1 withdrawal per account. In an event where a player requests multiple payout requests in the same week, only the first request will be reviewed and processed, while other subsequent requests will be declined and credited back to player’s account.
  4. The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is $100.00 USD and the maximum amount a player can receive each week is $2,500.00 USD. If a player wins more than this, they will receive $2,500.00 USD each week until the winnings are paid off in full.
  5. Player’s who have not made a deposit in the last 30 days or later, will not be able to request a withdrawal.
  6. Once a payout request is made, the member will have their bonus balance removed.
  7. Any win or payout that amounts to $2,500 or more must be accompanied by a picture and/or quote (100 words) from the player.
  8. Players are required to verify their account in order to have their payout processed. To verify an account players may send a copy of a valid photo id and if used, a front copy of the credit/debit card (blocking out the first 12 digits) to [email protected] or fax to 1268-481-4405.

Please Note:

  1. Slots.ag reserves the right to deny a payout request if a player has not funded their account within and prior to 30 days of any win (this includes any winnings derived from promotional bonuses).
  2. Slots.ag reserves the right to ask for verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal.
  3. Slots.ag reserves the right to deny any payout requested through a different method from the method used for depositing.
  4. New members who have not made a deposit prior to winnings are not eligible for a withdrawal. Winnings FROM ANY FREE CASH trial or any 3rd party exclusive free deposit offers cannot be withdrawn as they are for demonstration purposes only. However, you may request to have your winnings exchanged to a bonus after you make an initial deposit up to a maximum of $100.
  5. You can only make one payout request per week
    1 – If multiple payouts are requested in a given week, only the first payout request will be processed. All subsequent pending payouts will be declined and credited back to players account.2 – When a player cancels their payout and requests another payout, the new pending payout will only be processed on the following Monday’s scheduled payout date. To illustrate the above rules, here are two different scenarios:Scenario 1
    A player, requests a payout for $250 on Thursday, then another payout for $100 on Friday. Since only one payout request can be made per week, the Friday payout will be cancelled and deposited back into the players account and the original payout for $250 will be processed on Monday.Scenario 2
    If a player requests a payout in the amount of $500 on Thursday and reverses the entire amount on Friday, any subsequent requests thereafter will be declined as they will be viewed as duplicates. The player will need to request the payout again and wait until the following Monday for it to be processed.
  6. Currently, US and Canadian players are paid via cheque. Outside of the US and Canada players can be paid via Neteller or Moneybookers. The processing fee for payouts is $30.00.
