5th Street
1 min read
In seven-card stud, the third round of betting is called fifth street because players have five cards. In Texas Hold‘em poker, fifth street is the fifth card on board and the final round of betting.
In poker, particularly in games like Texas Hold'em, the term "5th Street" refers to the fifth community card that is dealt face up on the table. In Texas Hold'em, players use this card, along with their two hole cards and the other community cards (the flop and the turn), to make their best five-card hand. The dealing of the 5th Street follows the turn (the fourth community card) and is a critical point in the game as it can significantly influence the strategies and decisions of the players involved.
