Win a Seat to Irish Winter Festival 2013 from Titan Poker
Titan Poker, a leading online poker room on the iPoker Network, has announced the launch of a multifarious satellite series that will send countless players to the 2013 Irish Winter Festival poker tournament this October. All winners will be whisked away to Dublin, Ireland to take part in the prestigious poker series, representing Titan Poker along the way, with a €1,700 prize package to enter the Main Event.
To win the ultimate prize package, players must compete in, and win, one of the main Super Satellites being promoted by Titan Poker. The Super Satellites kicked off yesterday, June 9, and will occur three times weekly – every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday – until October 10. Each qualifying weekday offers a different tournament structure, and at least one more chance to win a trip to the 2013 Irish Winter Festival.
The €1,700 2013 Irish Winter Festival prize package is all-inclusive, giving winners a full-throttle experience from October 26-28. It covers the €1,000 + €225 buy-in and fee to the 2013 Irish Winter Festival Main Event. €316 goes towards the winner’s 4-night stay at a luxury hotel in Dublin, with the last €259 provided to cover travel expenses and spending money throughout the stay.
The Super Satellites held every Sunday, deemed ‘Super Satellite A’, will begin at 21:00 GMT+1. The buy-in is set at €120+€10. The top two finishers every Sunday will receive a prize package. Registration is open from the moment the previous week’s tournament ends, up until the start of the next Sunday’s Super Satellite.
Every Tuesday, a ‘Super Satellite B’ will be held at 20:00 GMT+1. The buy-in for these weekly tournaments is reduced by half, requiring an entry fee of €60+ €6. With a freeze-out tournament structure, this weekly event will award one player with a 2013 Irish Winter Festival prize package per week.
Thursday’s ‘Super Satellite C’ tournaments are the cheapest way to win a direct seat in the 2013 Irish Winter Festival, plus they offer the option to re-buy into the event and add-on to your chip stack. These satellites are scheduled for 20:00 GMT+1 and carry a buy-in of €20+ €2. Again, the first-place winner will receive a prize package in each week’s tourney.
If you’re looking for an even less expensive way to win a seat in the 2013 Irish Winter Festival Main Event, Titan Poker is also hosting myriad sit’n’go qualifiers. Each qualifier will progress the winners towards a seat in one of the aforementioned Super Satellites. Qualifiers are held daily with buy-ins as low as just €0.33. A few of the basic rules applied to winners of a prize package include the following: Players must be 18+ years of age. Only one 2013 Irish Winter Festival prize package may be won per person, household and/or IP address. Winners are responsible for having/acquiring their own passport and any other necessary documentation. Prize packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners must agree to wear Titan Poker gear (hat and/or t-shirt) while playing in the Main Event.
