Middle

Placing the wager on both the sides of a game.

In the context of casino gambling, the term "middle" typically refers to a betting strategy or opportunity that arises in sports betting. It occurs when a bettor places two bets on the same game or event, but on opposite sides, with the hope of winning both bets by the final score falling within a specific range.

For example, if a bettor places a wager on Team A to win with a spread of -3 and also bets on Team B with a spread of +7, they are looking for the final score to fall between 4 and 6 points in favor of Team A. If the final score meets this condition, the bettor wins both bets, thus achieving a "middle" and maximizing their profit.

The concept of "middle" can also apply in other forms of betting where a bettor seeks to exploit discrepancies in odds or lines to create a favorable outcome.
